CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
ONLINE COURSES
All online courses are none refundable
CHANGE OF COURSE
In the event of changing the course purchased, you will be able swap for another course given that
1. You give notice within 2 hours of purchasing
2. The course is the same price as the one purchased
IN PERSON COURSES
All in person courses are none refundable
All in person courses are 1-1 courses
A none refundable deposit will be taken when booking the course, the rest of the payment will be taken on the day of training before you start your course
CHANGE OF COURSE

DATE TRANSFER
In the event of changing a confirmed training date, a request for a date transfer will be considered at the discretion of pampered beauties by h (subject to availability ) If successful an administration fee of £50.00 will be required
If you request a date transfer 30 days prior to the comforted date you will not be charged, anything over 30 days an administration fee of £50.00 will be required

Booked training courses are non-transferable to an alternative student. Please ensure you give the correct name of the person attending the course when purchasing
ABOUT THE COURSE
Once you have booked a training course ( online )a confirmation email and receipt will be sent to your given email address. Within 24 hours of purchasing a training manual and a in depth video tutorial will be sent to the email given ( please ensure you give the correct email address when purchasing ) you may also receive extra information or videos through WhatsApp.
Video calls are also available if required and your tutor will guide you through your training step by step
Students are responsible for keeping their login details secure and private. Students must also ensure they have suitable access to the internet and hardware (computer, mobile phone, iPad etc.) in order to access and complete their course. No refunds can be issued due to failure to ensure this before booking
Students are responsible for filling in the correct information of any personal details
Students are responsible for giving the correct name , this name will be displayed on certificate and will be unable to be changed once issued
Once you have booked a training course ( 1-1 ) a confirmation email and receipt will be sent to your given email address ( please ensure you give the correct email address when purchasing )
CASE STUDIES
Each course requires case studies that include, answering questions, photos and videos, creating your own consultation and aftercare form
This is to ensure your tutor that you have a full understanding of the subject, any case studies failed will be able to be re taken as many times as required for free
Case studies for hair can be completed on mannequin & case studies for beauty courses require 1 live model
Online Training - Case studies will be sent to the tutor through email, photos and videos can be sent via email or whatsapp
In Person Training - All case studies will be completed the day of training
CERTIFICATE
Online Training - Once you have uploaded and passed your case studies, a certificate accredited by ABT will be emailed and available for you to download and print off
In Person Training - Students will receive a certificate after completing training
ACCREDITATION
All courses are accredited and accredited by ABT. ABT is a recognised hair and beauty accreditor in the hair and beauty industry, with insurance partners for you to obtain public liability insurance
FURTHER SUPPORT
Support of students does not end after the course is complete, your tutor is here for life! If you need any extra support, help or advice at any given time after the course you will be able to contact your tutor vis email or whatsapp
COURSE KITS
For online courses students are responsible for purchasing their own course kit, you will receive a list of all tools needed to complete the course
For 1-1 courses, students have the option of purchasing a kit with the course or without
UNIFORM
Pampered Beauties By H has a strict uniform rule, all students must wear either a black tunic or all black uniform with NO opened toed shoes
Hair can be worn down but must be clipped away out of the face
Students must have an appropriate nail length with clean finger nails
Jewellery can be worn however the student may be asked to remove the jewellery during the practical session
Hygiene is super important! Especially when working with the public, during the training course students will learn the importance of good personal hygiene so it is good practice to show up on the day of training with good hygiene

The tutor accepts the student on the training course consisting of both theoretical & practical parts. Upon completion of the course, the student is awarded a Pampered Beauties By H certificate accredited by ABT
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
The tutor provides training consisting of a theoretical or practical parts
The tutor provides the student during a face to face training course with a training place that meets a working place with protection & hygiene requirements
The tutor provides the student during a face to face training course with a safe learning place The tutor issues the student with a certificate upon satisfactory of completion of the completed course
The tutor treats the student respectfully at all times during online and face to face training course
The student agrees and completes payment for both online and face to face training courses before attending course
The student agrees to turn up for the confirmed date and time of face to face training, the student understands that failure to show up for the confirmed date and time of face to face training will result in all payments been made
The student guarantees to turn up on time for face to face training as agreed with the tutor
The student agrees to both hygiene & safety in the training venue & takes full responsibility for his/her actions whilst at the venue
The student agrees to treat all training equipment, materials and other resources with respect and care
The student agrees to give the right information about themselves including, full name, age, email address, home address, postcode, phone number and anything else required when booking any online or face to face courses
The student agrees that they are responsible for their own insurance when they are away from the training venue working on their own clients or models
The student agrees that they have the correct pre-requisites for gaining their own insurance after completing a course
The student agrees all models must complete a consultation form
The student agrees all models must have a patch/skin test if required for the treatment in the required time before treatment
The student hereby indemnifies the trainer & the training venue from any liability, damages, cost & expenses arising or out of the treatments performed by him/her outside of the venue or if working on models for the treatment, during all training
The student agrees to not hold the tutor or the training venue responsible for the student’s failure to conduct their business successfully post certification
The student agrees to treat the tutor and models with respect
The student is responsible to provide their own model on either online or day to day courses that require a human model
The student understand that If the model does not have a patch/skin test in the required time before the training course and there is no other model available ( that has been tested ) the course will not be able to go ahead and any fees payed will be not be refunded
The student agrees they they will pass first time and maybe have to re take failed case studies ( for free ) as many times as they require
The student accepts that the cost of the training is non-refundable
The student accepts that photographs &/or videos will be taken/recorded during face to face training course is property of Pampered Beauties By H, It is not under any circumstance permitted to share them on social media or with others than with prior consent of Pampered Beauties By H
The student accepts that the manual & material & all its context is a property of Pampered Beauties By H & is protected by the copyright act. The student accepts the full responsibility for keeping the manual safe & confirms that will not copy or share it with others without written consent from Pampered Beauties By H

I expressly represent and warrant that I have never been diagnosed with or treated for any illnesses or conditions that may result in increased risk when participating in the services provided. MODELS
All models must come to the training venue for a patch/skin test before the training course this can be 24-48 hours before the course depending on the chosen course
All models must consent to filling out a consultation form before modelling for any course
All models must give the correct personal information
If the model does not have a patch/skin test in the required time before the training course and there is no other model available ( that has been tested ) the course will not be able to go ahead and any fees payed will be not be refunded
By agreeing to model for a training course you are agreeing to the following
On the training day I consent to having treatment as a model and I will notify the tutor if I am on any medication, had recent surgery or had any recent treatment on the area being treated.
I understand that I may experience cuts/abrasions/burns/lumps/swelling and I understand that participating in any training events can carry risks when participating as a model.
